What we collect
- Account holders: name, email, optional phone and company, business names, locations and the review links you enter.
- Orders: shipping and billing details and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Enquiries: what you send through our forms.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, operate your account and card redirects, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for payments (Stripe), web hosting and email delivery. They may process data outside Canada under their own safeguards.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, cart and security.
